Delivery of Your Real Hair Extensions

We offer a bespoke custom made and made to order service

It's a unique service which allows us to create beautiful real human hair extensions for each individual client. This requires time as specialist skilled hair technicians and colourists work on your hair.

Depending on your specifications, dispatch of your custom made extensions will only take around 7-20 days at non-peak times of the year. In this time your chosen virgin human hair will be made into hair extensions based on your order requirements.

Please check the delivery section of the product page when you place your order. Our delivery times are all mentioned on the delivery product page as your extensions are custom made to your color, length and type of hair

As soon as we receive your order, we get your fantastic set of extensions made. We will send you an email when your order is on its way to you.

Pre-boned Tip extensions - Although we allow clients to order in quantities of 50g, for ease of packaging we always send orders as a complete set in 1 bundle. All orders are checked and weighed before they leave us as we ship the items by weight.

Tracking numbers will be sent with your shipment notification via email.

Standard International & Europe deliveries - When the status on Royalmail.com changes to 'Your Item has reached its destination country' you can use the same tracking number to check your country's national postal website track and trace, eg. USPS, DeutchePost etc.

Deliveries to Australia & Canada

Please ensure you choose the Express Courier shipping option, we recommend this shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely and in a timely manner once it has been shipped.

Express international shipping will take 3-4 working days depending on your location, a tracking number will be sent to you with the shipment notification.

Associated costs and timelines

Delivery prices for orders to the UK and international are charged by the weight and size of the order. Prices may vary due to international destination of the order. We ensure that all orders placed are dispatched to customers within 1-15 business days, this depends if your order is completed and ready for shipment.

We use Royal Mail, FEDEX, TNT & DHL as our preferred carriers. But are not restricted to these carriers

You can insure your UK mainland delivery by selecting the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery option - Please note that this option is for completed and in-stock items, if you have not ordered from our in-stock page, please see the related dispatch time for your custom made order on the delivery tab of the product page.

Depending on your order, our custom made items can take up to 15 days, and up to 25 days for longer length, for Balayage Ombre and up to 6 weeks for hair-pieces, closures and wigs. (our closures and wigs are hand made and the reason for the time taken to deliver these hair pieces)

If you choose to receive your parcel by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded, please note that the maximum compensation for loss or damage to the parcel is £ 50 which can only be claimed 15 days after shipment.

International orders (outside the UK) may attract custom and duty charges which are payable by the customer in accordance with the rules and regulation of your country. We are not be liable for any customs or duty charges.

1) Lost or delayed parcels

Once we have dispatched your items it is the responsibility of the courier or postal service to deliver your parcel safely. We ask that our UK customers allow a maximum of 15 working days for the delivery items due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike action or chronic weather conditions.

We do not consider items to be “lost in transit” until a certain amount of time has passed in accordance with the independent regulations of the courier or postal service. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and your item cannot be delivered it may get lost in the postal system if this happens because the wrong address was supplied we cannot be held responsible for the loss or delayed return of your package.

 

 

2) Items Returned To Sender

If we post your item to your nominated delivery address and it is returned to sender we will contact you upon its return to us. We can re-attempt to deliver for an extra delivery cost.

3) UK Remote Areas

Occasionally we receive orders from remote areas and regions in the United Kingdom. These orders will be shipped via Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery but are not guaranteed to arrive "next business day". These areas currently include:

  1. Northern Ireland
  2. Isle of Man
  3. Scottish Highlands- specifically postcodes beginning with, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
  4. Channel Islands

 

 

4) Delays due to weather or strike action

Virgin Hair & Beauty will not be held responsible for any delay caused by weather, unsafe travel conditions or strike action held by transport companies or associated business.

Christmas, Holidays, Bank Holidays - Delayed parcels

Once we have dispatched your items it is the responsibility of the courier or postal service to deliver. We ask that our UK customers allow 10-15 working days for the delivery items due to unforeseen circumstances such as peak season delays, strike action or chronic weather conditions.

We shall not be held responsible for any delays due to weather conditions or the typical increase in traffic during the holiday seasons.
